What can you expect from the job?

Together with the customer, you work on all aspects of the projects: you analyse their specific requirements and translate them into functional, creative solutions that must ensure that the customer can work better and more efficiently.

You know how to set priorities, taking into account the conditions and the wishes of the customer, and translate these into a technical analysis for your fellow programmers.

You then test the end result to see if it matches your analysis.

After the testing and implementation phase, you take care of the training and support of the customer’s key users.

You supervise a team of programmers and help them where necessary.

80% of your time will be spent working from your office, where you will have a great deal of contact with customers over the phone and via email. Sometimes, you will visit your customers.

All applications are developed in-house.

Most of our applications are written in the Dataflex language: Dataflex is a modern, object-oriented programming language that focuses on the efficient development of business applications at high level. Coincidentally our specialisation!

All new programmers are given the opportunity to learn the language and familiarise themselves with it.

Soft-Naert mostly develops Windows, web and mobile applications.
