What can you expect from the job?

You are the personal and trusted contact point for our eMeubel customers, communicating with them via telephone and online.

On a daily basis, you support them in the use of our applications. You analyse and prioritise their questions and search for an adequate solution in the shortest possible time.

Together with your colleagues, you strive to provide excellent customer satisfaction and are constantly looking for ways to improve our software for our customers. User-friendliness and intuitive software are not unknown to you.

You are responsible for the quality control of the software and ensure that our software is thoroughly tested and satisfies all requirements before we install it at our customers.

Furthermore, you provide training for new customers and help to document the changes in the software.

All applications are developed in-house.

Most of our applications are written in the Dataflex language: Dataflex is a modern, object-oriented programming language that focuses on the efficient development of business applications at high level. Coincidentally our specialisation!

All new programmers are given the opportunity to learn the language and familiarise themselves with it.

Soft-Naert mostly develops Windows, web and mobile applications.
