Initeam takes your privacy protection very seriously. We strive to process your personal data in a legal, fair and transparent manner.

Current Privacy Statement covers all personal data collected and processed by Initeam, headquartered at 8870 Izegem, Rijksweg 57 - Belgium.

In this Privacy Statement, we explain what information we collect about you, what we use that information for, and to whom we disclose it. You will also find in this Privacy Statement which rights you have and how you can exercise them.

'Personal data' means personally identifiable data, it directly or indirectly says something about you as a person (name, address, phone number...)

'Processor' means the 'owner' of certain personal data. This may be Initeam itself, or a third party (e.g. our customers).

‘Processor' means the person who actually processes the data. This can be Initeam (as a service provider), or a third party that processes Initeam's data.

2. Initeam as a data controller

Initeam processes Personal Data of natural persons with whom we have, have had or wish to have a direct or indirect relationship in the future.

Thus, it includes the Personal Data of the contacts provided by its customers and suppliers, but also the contacts at its potential customers and the Personal Data of potential employees.

Initeam may collect or obtain the following Personal Information from you:

• Identity data (name, email address, cell phone number, user data)
• Data related to your academic curriculum (as part of an application)
• Complaints or requests you sent us.

The processing of this Personal Data is necessary in order to:

• To be able to serve our customers: Initeam collects Personal Data to manage its customers and communicate with its customers. Other than identity information, no other Personal Data is processed.
• To be able to maintain our customer relationship: Initeam collects Personal Data from its customers in order to maintain and improve the customer relationship. This data is only collected if you expressly give your consent.
• To be able to place orders with the suppliers

In all of these situations, Initeam is the responsible party for the protection of this Personal Data.

The legal basis for these processing operations lies in:

1. The agreement you have agreed with us to provide our services and our legitimate interest in the effective delivery of our services to you;
2. Your approval;
3. Our legal obligation to maintain some records.

3. Initeam as data processor

Initeam may also process Personal Data for third parties.

Initeam is a service provider to its customers. Initeam is then Processor of Personal Data. Personal Data that you as a customer entrust to us in order to carry out processing on your behalf. We use them exclusively for the purpose clearly defined by you. This data will never be used for any other purpose.

4. Access and transmission to third parties

We only provide information to third parties only when they are necessary to do their work. Such recipients of your personal data may only use that information for the performance of the contract between you and us. They do not have the right to use the data for any other purposes.

In order to provide our service to you, we may disclose relevant personal data to licensing providers.

5. Duration of processing

Initeam will not retain your personal information longer than is reasonably necessary for the purposes as stated in this Privacy Statement.

6. Privacy and security

Initeam undertakes to use its best efforts to take all reasonable steps to ensure the protection of your Personal Data through technical security measures.

The Personal Data provided to Initeam shall be retained by Initeam or, if applicable, the Processor on servers located in Belgium or the European Union.

You must comply with the security regulations at all times. Among other things, you have to ensure that any unauthorized access to your login and password is prevented.

You acknowledge and accept that the transmission and storage of Personal Data is never without risk and, consequently, that any damage you might suffer as a result of the unlawful use of your Personal Data by third parties can never be recovered from Initeam.

7. Your rights

The rights listed below may be exercised by you by contacting us at info@initeam.be, enclosing a copy of your identity card.

Right of access and modification.

You have the right to access your personal data free of charge and to correct any incorrect data.

Right of removal and restriction

U erkent hierbij dat bij een verzoek tot verwijdering van persoonsgegevens, bepaalde diensten en producten niet leverbaar zijn. You have the right to request the removal of your personal data from us. You hereby acknowledge that upon requesting the deletion of personal data, certain services and products may not be available.

You may also request us to restrict the processing of your personal data.

Right of Objection

You always have the right to oppose the use of your personal data. To do so, however, you must provide serious and legitimate reasons.

You can also expressly oppose the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes, you do not need to provide a motivation for this.

Right of portability

You have the right to obtain your personal data processed by us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable form. You also have the right to have this data transferred to other data controllers.
