Service Management

You get a view of all installations, adjustments, repairs, and (periodic) maintenance! Through a visual, digital agenda, the planner can schedule incoming calls and orders with the right employee, both in the workshop and on the go. The software sends all planned services to the technician's tablet. After execution, the completed digital work order is forwarded and ready for invoicing.

Digital Work Order

With the mobile application, your technical field service has a particularly powerful tool at hand. Technicians have a clear view of the agenda. They have the possibility to request photos, the history of previous works, and technical drawings. Your technicians register all consumed parts, activities, comments, checklists, and the customer's signature. The customer receives an email of the executed visit report upon the technician's departure.

Reporting and Post-Calculation

All transport, completed works, consumed articles, ... are carefully tracked in the system thanks to the digital app for technicians. You have a clear overview of the costs/revenues per article and per machine. This overview is also available per customer, installation/machine, and rental contract.
